Accomplix is a diet pill that bases its marekting campaign on “a mechanism of action that is different from any other weight loss supplement…” (as per the Accomplix webpage).

Unfortunately, these claims could not be farther from the truth. The ingredient list is the same, if not identical, to many other weight loss supplements on the market today. And, to top it off, the website is laden with false claims and clinical test results with no sources.

How Effective Are These Ingredients? 

Hoodia

Hoodia, clearly one of the most popular of all dietary supplements for weight loss, simply does not live up to the hype surrounding this cactus derivative. One scientific study even found that in mice, the liver metabolized the Hoodia so quickly, that is would essentially be impossible to consume amounts large enough to work in the prescribed manner.

Synephrine 

Synephrine, a compund present in Citrus aurantium, does not offer much better results. The scientific research has fallen on both sides of the fence. Some studies have found the Synephrine to aid in the weight loss battle, while others have found that the dosages needed to help adults ot lose weight is so very high that negative side effects may occur.

Tyrosine

A hopeful ingredient, Tyrosine, has been proven to help aid in weight loss in dosages of 500 mg up to 1500 mg per day. Unfortunately, the total Tyrosine mg present in Accomplix is not divulged so the user is left without enough information to know if the Tyrosine will work for them.  

Green Tea

Green Tea, without a doubt, is one of the most beneficial anti-oxidant substances known to man. Again, certain amounts of green tea need to be consumed in order for the body to reap the benefits of aiding in weight loss, but Accomplix falls short with no report of how much green tea is present.  

What About Clinical Trials? 

The Accomplix website clearly states that the “formula” is effective in “87% of all people”. That fact is exactly right. The formula was studied and proven to be effective and that is a fact that we will not debate (we must note that there is no mention of who completed the study, where the study was conducted or when the study took place).

Some of the ingredients present in the Accomplix formula have been proven to help aid in weight loss. But, those results are only at certain amounts. Accomplix does not inform the consumer how much of these beneficial supplements are in the bottled version of the “formula”.  

Is Accomplix Worth the Price? 

A consumer can expect to pay nearly $75.00 for 150 capsules. With the bottle dosage reading 6 capsules recommended per day, the entire bottle will last 5 days less than a month. That evens out to $3.00 per day.

Compared to other deit pills and weight loss supplements of the same ingredients, Accomplix is extremely expensive.

Final Review – Accomplix 

This weight loss supplement is no different from hundreds of other supplements on the market. Some of the ingredients have been shown to help aid in weight loss, but the lack of information on the ingredient label leaves the user not knowing whether they are receiving the benefits of the ingredients.

The Accomplix website points to clinical studies that are clearly invalid and the product is very expensive. Accomplix will not give you the weight loss return on investment.
