I have taken them as directed and haven't yet noticed a difference in my weight, which is perfectly understandable seeing as I have only taken them for 3 days. But what I do like about them, actually, what I LOVE about them is that I no longer have the desire to snack every hour. The very first pill I took made an immediate difference in my food cravings. I don't know that this result is typical, but I, for one, thoroughly enjoy the fact I am not being plagued by constant hunger. So this product gets a 3 -4 star rating. If I notice a significant difference in my weight loss it will be bumped up to 5 stars. I'm not saying these pills are perfect. I'm not saying they are for everyone. But for me they seem to work. I just got these pills 3 days ago at Walgreens, where they cost about $17.00. However, this site and another I checked both claim that it's use of Guarana is not very effective because it lacks Yerba Mate and Damiana (4th point under the ingredient list). I'm looking at the bottle and it specifically says Guarana seed extract and Yerba Mate leaf. This error makes the entire review here suspect and now I wonder if this isn't justly a thinly veiled ad for someone else's products. Oh, and I bought the 90 day bottle from Sam's for under $13.00 - Not the $36.00 claimed here.... Just bought it and can’t say if it’s any good yet. I didn't care about that, what I found was that it helped with my Chronic Hives!!!!I took it with food and I didn't have a break out..not like I normally do anyway...I was at Sam's today,for this is were I purchased the product,and they no longer carry just the green tea/white tea...they have green tea with hoodia and acai so I tried it and had a bad reaction. I'm diabetic, i lost some wait but it made my blood sugars lower. It supposed to help u lose wait not look like a model. And you should always check your blood pressure before trying. I am quite a healthy person but wanted to kickstart some weight loss after the festive season. Well, I have been quite ill for almost five days now with chronic bloating, side pains and a toxic sort of pain affecting all of the muscles I have been trying to stretch and tone through exercise. I have been drained, sweaty and can only eat small amounts of food lest I am in severe abdominal pain. And, of course, good old Diarrhea Deluxe. Does this Mega-T contain hydroxycut??
