I've weighed 235 and 5'5" in 2005. I went on Relacore because it was affordable and safe to use. I IMMEDIATELY lost belly fat, I stayed on it for a year and when the belly fat was down significantly I started loosing in the hip, butt and the rest of my body. I was 55 year young then. I have a TON of stress in my life and this is the only pill that not only helped me loose the belly fat and loose in other area's but my attitude elevated, I felt better which made it easier to start walking after loosing the initial 20#. As of 2009 I'm down to a size 8 and feel good, I will some times go back on Relacore when I see I'm starting to climb again. It was important for me to have a pill that would not stimulate the adrenal glands or thyroid gland since I am a thyroid cancer survivor with no thyroid. This is the only pill that has worked for me and worked well. I would recommend any woman who is doubtful to try it. ALSO, just as a side note, I didn't use the prescribed doseage, I used 1/2 of what they suggested because of having a sensitive system and I got amazing results...Its cheap and safe enough to give a whirl ladies, I'm sure glad I did.
